The Visitor Landing at HQ2

Amazon

As content developer for Amazon’s new Visitor Landing at HQ2, I researched, wrote, and structured all interpretive exhibits and digital interactives for a space designed to welcome Washington, D.C.–area guests and policy visitors. The experience introduces Amazon’s values and operations through storytelling, data visualization, and immersive design.

I wrote interpretive labels and storylines for A to Z, a tactile display showcasing Amazon’s diverse products and initiatives. I developed layered content for Here to There, an illuminated architectural model highlighting HQ2’s design, sustainability features, and community integration. For Voices of Amazon, I interviewed partners and sellers, writing scripts that share authentic stories of innovation and collaboration. Working with the Amazon Policy team, I identified and contextualized data for global impact visualizations on the By the Numbers interactive wall. I also developed stories for and scripted The Current—a multisensory installation combining video, light, and motion to explore Amazon’s sustainability, community, and innovation initiatives.

Collaborating with Belle & Wissell, Luci Creative, and One & 0, I helped shape an integrated narrative experience that connects Amazon’s mission to its physical environment and global reach.
