Upliv Health

Menopause Telehealth Care

Upliv Health set out to reimagine how healthcare speaks to and supports people during one of life’s most complex transitions, menopause. The goal: create a brand voice and content ecosystem that felt empathetic, credible, and empowering.

As a collaborator on Upliv’s brand and content development in 2023, I helped shape the platform’s voice and tone across marketing, educational, and product experiences. I worked closely with Upliv’s leadership and care teams to develop foundational language that reflected the company’s care philosophy. I contributed to the user experience strategy for new member onboarding, refining sign-up flows and instructional content to make complex care pathways clear, supportive, and approachable.

I also wrote and edited a body of editorial and educational content focused on menopause and women’s health, translating clinical research and survey data into accessible articles, guides, and blog posts. Topics ranged from symptom education and brain health to sleep, mental wellbeing, and whole-person care. Across all touchpoints, my work helped position Upliv as both a trusted medical resource and a compassionate partner—meeting patients where they are medically and emotionally.
